Cooperate with supervisor to understand and identify future hiring needs of teachers and collaborators (expats & local)
Make a suitable recruitment plan based on current requirements; KPIs
Sourcing & Recruitment Marketing
Prepare and update recruitment resources and materials (JDs; job posters; recruitment content, ect.)
Actively seeking out talent using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
Screening & Interviewing; Offer Management & Onboarding
Check and respond to email or messages on social channels of Recruitment team
Prepare and send offers
Notify application outcome to all candidates
Assess candidates&039; qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company through a series of demos/interviews and assessments
Support or advise further to candidates before and after demos/interviews
Ensure that new hires are smoothly integrated into the onboard process and training
Candidate Experience
Maintain a high response rate through each recruitment steps
Ensure a positive, engaging and supportive recruitment process for all candidates
Create a positive reputation as a great place to work to attract potential talent
Process Improvement
Implement new tools and technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Analyze recruitment metrics to track performance and make data- driven improvements
Other
Mentor junior recruiters on recruitment techniques and company policies
Research to catch up with new trends; tools; other resources on the market
Cooperate with team leaders; vendors to implement effective recruitment process
Participate to conduct annual salaries survey, source quality evaluation
Process, policies, and regulation (10%)
Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed
Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED and company
Support to check, monitor, remind and guide Teachers and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations
Update and make necessary reports
Other ad hoc assignments required by Line manager.
