As framas is in the process of setting up a new factory in Dong Nai Province, we are looking for talents to be part of our Group.
Responsible for the sourcing of candidates
Search different recruitment channels for talent acqusition with a suitable recruitment budget
Implement to post jobs/ announcements on the approved recruitment channels
Responsible for the approved employer branding activities
Build and develop work relationship with organizations such as Universities, Colleges, Vocaltional Schools, Job Centers, etc. for recruitment
Establish, develop and maintain good relationship and cooperation with recruitment agencies/ services providers to meet needs of human resources for the Company
Responsible for the interview & selection process, and update of the candidate database
Summarize a list of qualified candidates and arrange second/ final round interviews with relevant Departments
Conduct pre-interviews (thru telephone) and first round interviews to screen suitable candidates
Receive and screen CVs, build and manage database for potential sources of candidates
Do a summary of the recruitment results for report to the superiors for approval
Inform/ give feedback to candidates for the interview results
Implement reference checks with the candidate&039;s previous companies or relatives (if needed) to successful candidates after the interviews
Organize relevant tests for professional knowledges and skills (if any)
Responsible for the on-boarding/ off-boarding process
Prepare procedures for resigned employees and conduct exist interviews (if needed)
Key in profiles of newcomers into HR software and keep storage accordingly
Prepare necessary precedures to welcome newcomers
Conduct orientation trainings to the newcomers
Responsible for the preparation of offer letters/ labor contracts/ appendix of labor contracts
Prepare offer letters to the qualified candidates (Staff level)
Prepare all kinds of labor contracts and appendix of labor contracts (including renewal contracts) as requirement
Responsible for update of the organization chart
Create, control and update organization chart of all Departments and the Company as requirement
Responsible for the administration of job descriptions
Cooperate with relevant Department Manager/ Division Director for job description of newcomer as requirement
Control job descriptions of all Departments at the Company and get them updated as requirement on a timely basis
Responsible for reports (internal) as requirement
Perform internal reports to HR Department Manager and relevant Departments as requirement
Responsible for compliance
Be responsible for annual audit resuts from third party
Update latest regulations or changes of relevant Laws and advise HR Department Manager accordingly
Make sure that all relevant works are in compliance with the relevant regulations.
Responsible for archiving
Ensure all relevant documentations (soft copies & hard copies) to be archived in a tidy way and timely basis
Responsible for others/ HR projects assigned by Human Resources Manager
