Building business plan:
- Proposing/recommendation to the Head of Department/ Head of FDI Center on developing the strategy of the Department/Center, making the business plan of the Department.
Receive & implement a business plan
- Develop a plan to exploit target customers (AP) and implement it (with the support of the Head of FDI Center) to achieve targets of the group/each staff member in the group.
- Receive business targets (KPIs) assigned by Head of FDI Center.
Customers Development and Risk Management
- Establish and build close relationships with customers to sell FDI products, advise on suitable financing options
- To hunt and onboard FDI potential customers, including Japan and Non- Japan
Representing the Bank to receive and resolve customer&039;s problems (coordinating with other departments – if necessary).
Expansion and exploitation of new investment options/opportunities of existing customers
Increase exploitation of new customers
- Give ideas on business development, risk management and coordinate with related departments to implement those ideas.
- Coordinate with the focal point of the Center to serve the inspection, audit and control delegations periodically and when requests arise.
- Collaborate with RM/ARM to report meetings with customers to the Head of Department/Center
- Manage credit quality, together with Business Growth Department to control credit quality of customer transactions in the group and report to Head of Department and/or Head of FDI when there are unusual arising for credit granting, credit control and debt collection.
- Regularly contact with customers to detect early warning signs of potential risks and coordinate with the Head of Department and related parties to propose/make plans to respond to arising risks and implementing risk management plans for each client
- Sign and control the customer&039;s credit reports under their management before submitting to higher level (Head of Department / Approval Specialist / Center Head)
- Coordinate with Business Development Department and related departments to structure and maximize sales for business customers.
To propose for Product development, process improvement, service quality
- Make contributions to the creation of programs for sales pushing.
- Coordinating with related divisions to develop new banking product/sevice for FDI customers
- Offer/contribute plans to develop new product, operational procedures, and processes in order to enhance VPBank&039;s service quality.
Human Resources Management
- Train and guide RM/ARM in the group of customer management and internal transactions. Manage and develop RM/ ARM into potential SRM/ RM
- Contribute to the Head of the Department/Head of the Center to build HR cost and plan in accordance with the general policy of the Center.
Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department/Head of the Center during each period.
