Senior Research Analyst/ Senior Researcher

Job Title: Senior Research Analyst/ Senior Researcher
JOB SCOPE: Ensure all assigned research is diligently executed. Duties include data collection, data base management, market studies and development consultancy, developing and providing input for market surveys and quarterly market reports.
DUTIES:
Research
- Process data and provide input for research reports
- Travel to other provinces or cities, when required, for market research.
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the Real Estate database covering Viet Nam and the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic indicators.
- Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Viet Nam Land Law and other relevant local legal issues.
- Collect data and quarterly updated information on the Real Estate industry.
- Maintain and develop relationships with local and international clients, and local authorities.
- Develop and author reports based on client provided scope of work.
- Write/update reports on all property market segments.
- Develop market presentations, prepare office newsletters, and press releases.

- Quick Learner –understand and apply information, concepts, and strategies.
- Time management – the ability to prioritize, meet demanding deadlines, develop multi-tasking management capability
- Thoroughness and detail oriented. The ability to perform tasks to Savills standards of accuracy and quality

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- English proficiency, especially in developing reports.
- At least two years of experience in related field
- Experienced in data collection, database management, and report-writing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Real Estate/ Economics/ Finance/ Commercial.
- Strong understanding of research and analysis.
