Senior Sale Digital Team Leader

Currently, Cốc Cốc is seeking an experienced leader who has worked on The Industry to facilitate selling Cốc Cốc advertising solutions with The Industry companies/organization. Ideal candidates will have sales and management experience in The Industry environment as well as demonstrated expertise selling digital marketing solutions and/or supporting.

• Prepare a monthly, quarterly, annual business plan for the industry that Senior Sale Digital Team Leader is responsible for management.
• Allocate duties for each Account manager according to key account, customer group, total targets (cash and spendable cash) each month.
• Make detailed plans to reach and work with each key account customer.
• Arrange personnel in the team in accordance with the development strategy of the industry.
• Recruit and train employees to meet the requirements and development orientation of the industry.
• Successfully implement business plan of industry, achieve targets of spending and cash for the industry.
• Prepare reports, analyze the business situation and timely propose solutions to achieve the goals.
• Coordinate with the Special project manager & strategic planner to generate ideas, strategies to show advertising messages to customers belonging to Senior Sale Digital Team Leader's management.
• Market research, propose advertising solutions, advertising products suitable for customers in the following industry.
• Organize and participate in workshops, events for developing brand image, searching, expanding customers.
• Perform other tasks.

• Over 3 year experience in the position of sales director / business manager in online advertising companies / organizations.
• Be able to manage multi-people teams.
• Ability to perform in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• English proficiency.  Candidates with experience communicating the benefit of marketing/advertising opportunities to partners and brands are preferable.
