Senior Sales Account Executive (Affiliate Marketing)

Working, communicating, and often negotiating with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign (including the Publisher management team, Customer service team, Technical team, and Marketing team).
Negotiating with clients to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our publishers, and for our company.
Maintaining relationships with clients aiming at improving ads campaign’s performance.
We are not only just optimizing Google AdWords or Facebook Ads, etc., but we also need to develop strategies to become the best Affiliate Marketing channels for clients in Vietnam and control competitors’ performance.
Approach new potential clients and explore the business potential.
Improving the campaign&039;s performance to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Create a strategy/solution, managing campaigns performance of client in many industries: consumer loans, fintech, banking apps, insurance (life and non- life), stock investment etc. of top clients such as Citibank, MB Bank, FE Credit, Credit, VPS stock marketplace, etc.
Basic working process: data analysis- > identify problem- > build up improvement plan- > propose to client- > close the deal- > executing plan- >data analysis- >identify problem- >...

Good communication and negotiation skills.
At least 2 year of experience in sale/marketing campaign.
Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills are a ‘must’.
Good Marketing mindset; basic awareness about commercial.

Salary Structure:

Basic salary is subject to an annual increase, taking into account performance and experience that contribute to the company&039;s revenue.
Salaries are determined based on the individual&039;s capacity and skills.
During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

Bonus Structure:

Outstanding individuals may receive special performance- based bonuses.
Bonuses may vary depending on the employee&039;s position or project.
Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4.
Lunar New Year Bonus: Minimum bonus equivalent to a 13- month salary, with the possibility of up to an 18- month salary, based on the company&039;s business situation.

Full insurance coverage is provided as required by law, including additional insurance for business trips.
