Senior Sales And Marketing Executive

● Sales Management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and foster long- term partnerships.
- Identify upselling and cross- selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
New Customer Acquisition:
- Respond to inquiries from potential customers, providing product information, and guiding them through the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Generate a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to approach them.
Marketing Campaign Management:
- Monitor campaign performance and make data- driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Create engaging content, including images, videos, and written materials, to attract and retain customers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters to effectively communicate with existing and potential customers.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing regular reports to the management team.
- Provide recommendations for product development and pricing strategies based on market feedback and competitor analysis.
- Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

● Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
● Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry for at least 3 years
● Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and marketing metrics
● Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media campaigns.
● Self- motivated and results- oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
