Essential Responsibilities
Customers
- Actively approach targeted business clients through sales calls, meetings, etc.
- Search for new client leads.
- Develop relationships with existing customers.
- Keep a data base of all B2B customers.
- Monitoring and tracking of clients requesting information
- Continuation of customer service standards
Sales materials
- Provide monthly sales report and present sales plan.
- Event Sales focused on small groups and third parties
- Keeping up with correspondence and have accountable response times
- Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting
Sales target
- Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling for different products, seasonal offers and events.
- Achieve targets and drive sales performance through implementation of sales initiatives.
Brand
- Be an expert on the brand and its products in order to advice well customers and answer all questions they might have about our products, pricing and services.
- Be aware of all upcoming seasonal offers and events.
Skillsets
- Previous experience in sales.
- Meticulous and well-organized.
- Self-starter with the ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals quickly.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.

BLANK Bitexco is a refreshment bar on the 2nd floor of Bitexco serving loose-leaf tea, single-origin coffee, fresh juices, and homemade pastries. Location in Hanoi coming in August.
