Senior Sales Coordinator - Điều phối viên phòng Kinh doanh

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Assists clients with selection of suitable banquet menu, function set- up, decorations and minor details that clients normally overlook.
• Obtains leads from sales files, publications, advertisements, past convention officials, phone calls and personal contract.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner using Hotel’s telephone etiquette guidelines. Handle telephone enquiries according to departmental procedure
• Serves as an assistant to the sales department in order to relieve management workload.
• Personally assists with any discrepancies clients may have with services offered.
• Responsible for complete follow- up and co- ordination of service for all conventions, meetings and banquets, including contacting clients, setting- up meeting dates, times and rooms.
• Maintain gifts inventory and coordinate the sending of gifts to clients

Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
Service oriented with an eye for details
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Fluently Vietnamese
Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management
Self- motivated and energetic
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Well- presented and professionally groomed at all times
Good communication and customer contact skills
