Role Objective
We’re looking for a Senior Sales who can bridge real business opportunities with impactful marketing solutions — and take full ownership of project profitability (P&L) across all managed accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop client network and business opportunities across industries: FMCG, F&B, beauty, tech, banking, lifestyle…
• Support Procurement in optimizing cost structure to protect company profitability without compromising client value.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Planning, Procurement, Account, and Finance) to ensure project delivery aligns with revenue and profitability goals.
• Maintain a structured and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools; ensure all leads, opportunities, and deal stages are accurately tracked and reported.
• Analyze client briefs and insights; collaborate with Planning, Creative, and Account teams to craft strategic proposals.
• Monitor and manage project P&L; ensure average gross margin of min.25- 30% is maintained for all executed projects.
• Conduct weekly pipeline and activity reviews with the CEO / Business Lead to assess progress, forecast accuracy, and conversion performance.
• Maintain long- term relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross- sell opportunities.
• Plan and execute a consistent cadence of client engagement activities (e.g., outreach, follow- ups, presentations) to sustain a healthy 3× pipeline coverage ratio.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of agency workflow (brief → proposal → execution).
• Solid network within marketing, brands, KOLs, or production houses is a big plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Agency / Media / PR / Production.
• Strategic mindset: sell solutions, not services.
• Proven record of managing USD 1M- 3M+ annual billings or min. USD 300k- 500k quarterly billings in agency or media environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
