Senior Sales Engineer – Panel Builder Channel Chint Viet Nam Holding Co.,ltd

***SCOPE OF WORKS:
The position holder will be responsible for the developing and servicing for Panel Builder Channel, execute sales and business development plan. In addition, he/she is also responsible to meet the sales, margin and collection targets.
***RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Following up with consultants for prescription, literature, and technical support to spec in Chint products/ solutions.
- Organize and conduct sales activities (daily/ weekly visit plan and review, new business chance, sales & marketing plan, project monitoring, sales status, forecast, weekly report…).
- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable sales action plan to expand and achieve annual sales target for Panel Builder Channel.
- Preparing and delivering Chint products/ solutions presentations and sales material to Panel Builders.
- Making quotations, bidding documents, contracts.
- Updating market intelligence by monitoring the competition and analyzes competitors offer positioning at entity level to increase Chint competitiveness for Panel Builder channel.
- Building up and updating the project pipeline, the good relationship with investors, contractors, consultants and panel builders who focus on Industrial market in the South.

***PRINCIPALES COMPETENCES REQUISES:
- Goal- oriented mindset, able to follow and yield revenue and achieve sales target.
- With strong communication skill, intergrity and customer- driven attitude, sense of responsibility and pursue for excellence; modest and extrovert.
- Strong presentation and inter- personal relationship skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory.
- Minimum 3- 6 years working experience in sales electrical components, good network with panel builder, consultants, M&E contractors and investors.
- Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power System Engineering or Automation Engineering (Obligatory).

12 months with at least 1 month annual wage bonus, attractive bonus.
