Senior Sales Executive is in charge of tasks related to advising on building business strategies, improving customer experience services and developing potential customers database with the goal of maintaining & growing business opportunities.
Customer database:
Foster strong relationships with existing clients;
Develop and maintain comprehensive customer database for catering events, seminars, …;
Proactively identify and acquire new customers through data- driven strategies and targeted outreach.
Provide consulting services and sell event service packages tailored to customer needs;
Consult with clients to identify their preferences for venue (ballroom or outside catering), menu, decor, audio- visual elements, and other specific requirements to meet customer needs while maximizing revenue for the Company.
Provide price quotation, persuade customers & negotiate the terms of Service contracts.
Plan and develop event service package proposals, presenting them professionally and attractively to clients while adhering to company pricing regulations and guidelines from specialized departments;
Catering Operations:
Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during event implementation.
To co- ordinate with the Executive Chef regarding the menu;
Coordinate and check all the events with other departments (F&B, Kitchen, Event Decoration, Sound & Lighting system, Security…) to make sure the events run smoothly;
Prioritize customer satisfaction by expertly planning and executing successful events;
Service quality & Customer service:
Working with other departments to quickly fix problems/ issues relating to service quality;
Collect the customer feedbacks after every function for service improvement purpose;
Consulting, supporting, answering questions/complaints from customers.
Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualification & Experiences:
Minimum of 2- year experience in sales or hospitality will be an advantage;
Bachelor&039;s degree or above in business, event coordinating, hospitality, or a related field;
Skills:
High level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office/ Team 365/ Outlook, …;
Ability to conduct market research will be essential.
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellence communicative English (both verbal & written);
Personality:
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
Resulted oriented, proactive & honestly;
Clever, ability to work independently;
Ability to work under stress;
