Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results- driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our international clinic in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, both in the corporate and direct consumer segments, while also providing support to the marketing department in various areas. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, addressing any concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross- selling.
Build partnerships with hotels and hostels, travel organizations, tour guides etc... to attract local and foreign tourists
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our services and value proposition to potential clients.
Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to secure partnerships and drive corporate sales.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, focusing on both corporate clients and direct customers, through key account management of existing accounts and lead generation (cold calling, campaigns, ...)
Marketing Support:
Assist the marketing department in content creation for various channels, including website, social media, blogs, and newsletters, to promote our services and engage with the target audience.
Be an active contributor to online customer groups, forums, channels etc... relevant to our services or customer base.
Manage orders to suppliers for marketing materials, and keeping stock to ensure timely delivery
Support the planning and organization of marketing events and campaigns, including coordination with vendors, venue selection, logistics management, and post- event evaluation.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to provide recommendations for marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
