(Senior) Sales Executive (Mảng Chemicals)

A large Japanese company is looking for a (Senior) Sales Executive in Chemical & Industrial Material Department in order to develop the business in this field.
· Performs assigned tasks with SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound)
· Reports opportunities and issues, risk identified through tasks to a team leader and dept. managers.
· Responsible to execute commercial contracts from offering to delivery to manufacturers & customers.
· In conjunction with own knowledge to provide advice and make recommendations to management’s decision-making.
· Assist sales team members to follow and check documents such as contract, purchase orders, quotation, shipping documents.
· Responsible for sale & marketing Industrial chemicals & plastics to manufacturers in Southern provinces.
· Cooperatively working with team members to ensure smoothly all procedure in sale and buy activities (properly plan shipments, etc.)
· Process and analyze statistic data of chemical product to collate key themes and trends, to make full market’s report. Use this analysis

Education
· Proficiency in office computer applications, including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook…
· Above Bachelor’s degree from top universities, such as University of Technology HCMC, University of Education and Technology, University of Economics HCMC…
· Fluency in English (equivalent to TOEIC of 800 or IELS 6.5)
Skill & experiences
· Having business mindset and understanding of international trading.
· Age: Under 30
· Experience in working with Vietnamese & foreign customers (especially Japanese) is an advantage.
· Honest, responsible, optimistic. Express the positive attitude, interpersonal understanding, problems solving skill, and teamwork spirit.
