Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are currently recruiting a full- time Senior Sales Manager. If you are interested in a new career in an international company and have exceptional English literacy, we would love to hear from you.
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
Team Management & Development:
Assign tasks, train, and develop the Sales team.
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build a proactive and high- performing sales culture.
Ensure the team&039;s work progress and quality meet company objectives.
Key Account Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery schedules, and quality.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Cross- Department Coordination:
Work closely with Merchandising, Production, QA, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order handling from development to delivery.
Participate in process improvement, cost optimization, and product quality enhancement initiatives.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Manage sales budgets and control operational costs.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting to management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
Excellent leadership, task management, organizational and problem- solving skills.
Good English communication skills
Proven track record in managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the garment manufacturing process and supply chain.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
At least 5- 7 years of sales experience in the apparel/garment/footwear industry, with 3- 5 years in a managerial position.
Strong understanding of the order process and production flow (from development to shipment).
Meticulous, detail- oriented.
