Enhance overall Customer experience;
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
Develop short and long terms plans and budgets for the division;
Build and improve customer relationship, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities;
Planning, conceptualizing, implementing and evaluating Sales & marketing strategies and plans;
Sales:
Approach and maintain current and new vendors, customer;
Develop new solutions to offer to customers.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals;
Developing and implementing new sales plans;
Marketing:
Develop short and long terms plans and budgets for the marketing division and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence to policies, guidelines, SOPs, checklists and evaluate performance;
Overseeing Digital Marketing Department’s activities, developing content across GLX digital assets to drive brand awareness, loyalty and sales to GLX;
Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing division;
Overseeing Sales and Promotions Department’s activities and plans for events and campaigns to improve box office and concessions sales, building ties with movie distributors, seeking out external partners for sales, promotional tie- ups and sponsorships, working with mall partners for location promotions;
Establishing brand policies to ensure GLX’s brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company&039;s marketing goals;
Overseeing media relationship, branding campaigns, all corporate communications (external & internal), including effective use of traditional & new medias;
Other duties as assigned by CEO.
