Senior Salesforce Engineer

Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define system requirements, understand business needs, and implement solutions.
Develop high- quality code and configure Salesforce systems for enhanced functionality and user experience.
Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
Manage user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, and other Salesforce administrative functions.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and integration patterns.
Conduct system integrations and data migration activities to ensure continuity and efficiency across platforms.
Provide technical support, addressing and resolving any issues in real- time to minimize business impact.
Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and ensure their effectiveness in meeting business requirements.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third- party solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Experience with Salesforce development technologies including Apex and Lightning Components.
Min 5 years of relevant work experience in implementing complex and integration Salesforce projects.
In- depth knowledge of Salesforce OEM customization.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Salesforce engineer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and team- oriented environment.
