Facilitate Business Blueprint sessions and prepare associated documentation, including configuration settings, functional specifications, and unit/integration testing scripts aligned with business needs.
Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements for integration with third- party software systems.
Create training materials and documentation for key users.
Collaborate with developers to produce functional specifications and test key elements such as forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
Provide day- to- day support by addressing and resolving helpdesk tickets.
Contribute to SAP implementation, rollout, support, and maintenance initiatives.
Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules.
Conduct SAP training sessions using official SAP Education materials.
Ensure the timely delivery of high- quality deliverables in line with project schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to travel as part of the job.
Hands- on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori implementations.
Prior experience in professional services or distribution sectors.
Involvement in a minimum of 5 full- cycle SAP implementation projects or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Able to clearly and effectively communicate requirements and decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Capable of building immediate rapport with colleagues and understanding business and customer needs in depth.
Skilled in conflict resolution and problem- solving with a balanced approach to individual, client, and organizational needs.
