Conduct Business Blueprint sessions and produce related documentation, including configuration settings, functional specifications, unit testing, and integration testing scripts based on business requirements.
Define requirements for integration with third- party software solutions.
Collaborate with developers to create functional specifications and test key components such as forms, reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
Prepare user training materials and documentation.
Deliver SAP training sessions using official SAP Education materials.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, support, and maintenance projects.
Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets as part of ongoing support.
Deliver high- quality outcomes within established project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Proven experience in at least 5 full- cycle SAP implementation projects or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
Hands- on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
