If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

Over 5 years of practical experience in Agile settings, including a minimum of 2 years as a Senior Scrum Master or equivalent role.
Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS), and servant leadership.
Scrum Master certification required (CSM, PSM II or higher); SAFe certification is an advantage.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Skilled in influencing cross- functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and managing dependencies, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in product development environments with a history of building dynamic, high- performing teams.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills for applying Scrum theory and practices.
Proficient in facilitating discussions, decision- making, conflict resolution, and Scrum events.
A strong understanding of civil engineering is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technology projects/products involving multiple Scrum teams.
Energetic and passionate, with strong leadership abilities and motivational skills, capable of inspiring and continuously motivating Scrum teams.
A background in software product development is required.
