Senior Shopify Developer (ReactJS/AngularJS/TypeScript)

Integrating third- party and platform- supported apps in the sites
Developing eCommerce sites on Shopify platform
Working closely with project managers to address client requests.
Responsible for the development of the Shopify platform, themes, liquid programming language and corresponding apps
Setting up payment integration, shipping methods and taxes in Shopify platform

Excellent communication skills with the development team, explaining technical decisions, and new technology choices
Experience or familiarity with Shopify as a platform
Experience handling data from 3rd party systems using REST and GraphQL
Strong understanding of modern web technologies
Understanding of core web performance metrics (page speed)
Demonstrated experience working with technical leads to develop and implement coding practices and standards within a development team
Experience working with headless CMS (Prismic, Strapi, Contentful or similar)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work together with other developers, designers and project stakeholders
Ability to code review and mentor junior/mid developers
Experience with git and git- flow, working within a development team
Ability to understand and contribute to RFP responses
Typescript experience
Demonstrated strong understanding of at least one modern JS framework/library, e.g. React, Vue, Angular
It&039;s a bonus if you have:
Test automation (jest, cypress etc.)
Nodejs and node- based web framework experience
Jamstack experience
Experience building headless e- commerce websites
