Senior Show Producer

Write and present show proposals that align with the client’s vision and expectations.
Serve as the Show Manager, overseeing the full execution of live events from concept to completion.
Write and review detailed show scripts that outline performance sequences, transitions, and special segments.
Develop and enforce production timelines, event run sheets, and rehearsal schedules.
Work closely with the visual and music teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful event narrative.
Lead and manage the entire show team, including backstage operations, talent coordination, and event direction.
Manage the integration of lighting, sound, multimedia, and technical elements into the overall show.Resolve any issues that arise in real- time during live events to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with artists, performers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring effective communication and alignment.

2- 3 years of experience in team leadership, particularly in live event production and music festivals.
Strong understanding of lighting, sound, multimedia, and other technical aspects of event production.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in writing show proposals and directing large- scale events.
Expertise in scriptwriting and developing event narratives.
Creative problem- solving abilities with the capacity to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
