About the role
The Platform Team at SMG- Real Estate is responsible for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) both as a discipline across Engineering and by owning the infrastructure on top of which our external facing products are built, in addition to, together with our Developer Experience team, provide and support the platform other engineering teams use to develop, deploy and operate their systems.
What you will do
As an Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will:

Implement and promote best observability practices
Be on- call for services owned by Platform
Support teams in executing effective incident response and post mortems
Help teams owning their services at the infrastructure level by supporting IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using AWS CDK

Experience with AWS
Strong English communication skills (both English speaking & writing skills)
Experience with Git / GitHub, shell scripting and TypeScript
3+ years&039; experience in a similar role
Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
Experience with observability

Nice to have&039;s:

Experience with AWS Lambda
Experience with GitHub Actions
Experience with AWS CDK
