Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Content Creation
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all physical and digital materials through effective copywriting.
Produce regular content for social media, website, and email newsletters.
Generate outbound content such as blog posts, newsletters, flyers/brochures, social media campaigns, reports, webinars, email marketing, and infographics…
Lead Generation and Nurturing
Articulate company value propositions and unique selling points compared to direct competitors through compelling content across physical and digital channels.
Enhance marketing automation and lead nurturing processes via email, digital ads, content, and social channels.
Optimize owned and external content for search engines and monitor keyword SERP performance.
Drive new leads and nurture existing ones by optimizing site traffic through calls- to- action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
Collaboration and Coordination
Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing managers and digital specialists to establish closed- loop analytics with sales, understanding the ROI of inbound marketing activities and conversion rates of each campaign.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams including marketing, design, and product development to align content strategies with overall business objectives.
Team Leadership and Development
Define topics/skills and recommend training for the content team.
Maintain operational procedures and ensure task quality.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
Supervise and mentor a team of content creators, social media specialists, and other relevant team members.
Set clear goals and objectives for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Work with the Line Manager to structure the team in alignment with business strategies.
Support the Marketing Manager
Assist in other related initiatives as required by the Line manager.
Undertake duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.
