Job Description:
Content Planning:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, incorporating insights into our content strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for timely delivery of content assets.
Develop comprehensive social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Blogs, and Website.
Social Boosting:
Work closely with the Performance Ads team to optimize targeting, bidding, and creative elements for enhanced results.
Social content production:
Maintain brand consistency across all content assets, while tailoring messaging to suit each platform and audience segment.
Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and produce high- quality social media content, encompassing graphics, videos, and written copy.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices for content optimization and distribution.
Occasionally, coordinate with internal teams to manage live streaming on E- commerce platforms.
Requirements:
A Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of emerging social media trends and technologies.
Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, attention to detail, and an eye for design.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a fast- paced agency or digital marketing setting.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline- driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic editing skills.
Experience in influencer marketing and KOL management.
