Senior Social Media Executive

· Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies for agency clients across
various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Zalo...).
· Manage and monitor clients&039; social media accounts by engaging with followers, responding
· Develop social media content that aligns with client brand guidelines, goals, and objectives.

· Collaborate with the account team to develop social media campaigns that align with client
marketing goals and objectives.
· Monitor and report on social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations to
improve performance.
· Stay up- to- date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.

· 1- 2 years in senior level of both Always- on and campaign social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
· Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Experienced in channel & platform management: include but mot limit to FB, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Community group....
· Experienced in Education, Ecom and Healthcare is a plus.
· Strong understanding of social media management, including these skills below:
➔ Passionate in finding new solutions and tactic to improve content performance (copy, visual, format)
➔ Analyze & detect the content taste of the audience.
➔ Manage lead time for content production & airing time.
· Detail- oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast- paced environment.
➔ Content planning & execution for each channel.
➔ Manage metrics and optimize content for better performance
➔ Develop content direction & details for social posts.
· Excellent writing and communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
· Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Tiktok Ads).
· Experience with social media management tools
