Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (product, design, business) to translate business needs into technical solutions that deliver real value.
Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions, primarily back- end, but you’re not afraid of front- end when needed.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of the curve: keep up with industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and help the team grow their skills.
Drive technical excellence: set code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in testing, deployment, and documentation.
Solve complex problems, not just with code, but with clear thinking, good judgment, and a willingness to challenge assumptions.
Own system reliability and performance: proactively identify bottlenecks and lead efforts to optimize our platform.
Qualifications:
Deep expertise in backend development with Node.js (preferred), or strong experience in Python, Golang.
4- 5 years of professional software development experience, with a track record of delivering high- quality, maintainable systems.
High degree of ownership, initiative, and curiosity- you&039;re always looking for ways to make things better.
Solid understanding of front- end frameworks, ideally Flutter or React.
Experience designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable systems in a production environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills- you see the big picture and sweat the details.
