Senior Software Developer (Frontend)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a chapter of front- end developers, ensuring the delivery of high- quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications. You will play a pivotal role in setting the direction for front- end development practices, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross- functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in web development.

Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back- end developers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of web applications.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the chapter.
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web- capable devices and browsers.
Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting new and emerging front- end technologies.
Drive the adoption of new front- end technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
Lead initiatives to improve the performance, accessibility, and security of web applications.
Lead and mentor a chapter of front- end developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them grow and excel in their roles
Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization to align front- end development with business goals.
Manage the front- end chapter&039;s resources, including workload distribution, skill development, and performance evaluations.
Translate designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into high- performance functional user interfaces.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Used to lead a team >= 5 members.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (Redux).
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
Throughout understanding of ReactJS & Webpack/Rollup and its core principles
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
At least 4- year experience skilled at front- end/full- stack engineering using JavaScript.
