Senior Software Developer Java/.Net

Recommend changes/improvement of established applications
Take 100% ownership and responsibility of assigned application
Contribute to build team’s culture/process/standards.
Take part in software and architectural development activities
Review, suggest & solve issues on production and non- production environment
Determine best practices, principals and spread out them across the organization
Provide support during testing and system deployment
Participate on IT projects by closely cooperate with: Software Analyst, Developers, Data Analysts, QC and other functional teams/departments
Cooperate on new development of internal system tool/ web- based document management system
Follow the development process: using Jira, creating technical document, etc.
Coaching/Mentor: provide guidance and training to other team members
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle: analysis, design, implement, test and maintain software application
Project/Change request planning and managing (in IT scope)

Profound insight of languages internals (memory management, transaction management, life- cycle, concurrency/threading)
Experience with system design and architecture​​
Strong experience in relational databases (such as SQL Server, Oracle), including index strategies, performance tuning and optimization and stored procedures and write complex SQL statements for large scale databases.​
Strong experience (5+ years) with Java (Spring Boot) or C (.NET Core) programming languages: Object Oriented analysis, design and develop using common design patterns.​
Experience with enterprise class software deployment, web development process (design, development and deployment)
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related major.​
Good problem solving skills, collaborative and result- oriented​.
Strong experience in webservice: REST, SOAP, API Gateway​
Familiarity with front- end stacks is a plus (HTML, CSS, JS/Jquery, ReactJS, etc)​
Experience as aDevOpsEngineer or similar software engineering role is a plus​
