Senior Software Engineer

Train and coach more Junior developers.
Analyze problems or features and estimate the implementation.
Design technical solutions based on the FRD from our analysts.
Analyze the issues, errors as well as debugging.
Collaborate with the project team to understand the functional requirements.
Developing custom modules into the Odoo ERP system.
Review the code and ensuring its stability, reliability and performance.

A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Developer (Java/Python/Ruby/.Net/C).
Strong with git/repository management.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with good verbal and written skills.
Keen and Flexible to learn new technologies.
Experience with Odoo (or other ERP) is an advantage.
Experience in Django/Node JS is an advantage.
Experience in REST API is an advantage.
Relevant OS knowledge (Linux, Unix, Windows, etc)
Strong knowledge of Database (PostgresSQL is preferred).
Good leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
A minimum of a Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science/IT/Maths/Physics/Engineering.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
