Write well- structured, maintainable, and efficient Java code
Explore and recommend new technologies or methods to enhance development practices
Optimize application functionality for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
Diagnose and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
Maintain high coding standards through proper structure, documentation, and automation
Communicate daily progress and challenges to the Project Manager or team leader
Interpret design documents and user requirements to develop functional software features
Engage throughout the entire software development process, from planning to deployment

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of responsive UI development with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap is an advantage
At least 5 years of hands- on experience in Java development
Solid foundation in object- oriented programming and software design patterns
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, BackboneJS, or KnockoutJS is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional background
Proficient with Git for version control
Competent in writing and maintaining automated tests
Proficiency in Japanese at the N2 or N1 level
Strong understanding of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, REST/SOAP services, Hibernate, Spring (including MVC/Struts/JSF), and relational databases like Oracle and MSSQL
Experience using build automation tools like Ant, Maven, or Gradle
Familiarity with desktop UI frameworks like Swing, AWT, or SWT
Experience working with application servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, or IBM WebSphere
Effective English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
