Senior Software Engineer PHP/Laravel

Digitalizing gift solutions to meet diverse needs: attractive campaigns, partner gifts, agent compensation, client acquisition, promotional gifts, employee care, etc.
Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales. Scan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty.
Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2023) and Dayone has joined hands with SEA’s Loyalty leader to launch a new Loyalty platform Buzz It (2024).
Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end- to- end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.
What you need to do:

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, etc.).
The PHP Developer will work directly with Technical Leader and various teams to execute projects encompassing (Web apps, Web sites, landing pages, Microservice).
Got It is a fast- growing company, and we often act and adapt quickly to rapidly changing business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple projects, discuss prioritization, and relay expectations between multiple teams with varied technical skill sets.
Successful candidates should be able to solve coding challenges presented during interviews using PHP.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5+ years’ experience in a fast- paced, scalable system environment.
• Proven track record in designing scalable architectures and handling production systems (observability, incident response).
• Strong PHP expertise with Laravel or other MVC frameworks; solid CS fundamentals and RDBMS knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiar with frontend frameworks (Bootstrap, React, Vue, etc.) and mobile- first responsive design.
• Hands- on experience with RESTful APIs, Docker/K8s deployment, and system optimization for performance & reliability.
• Deep understanding of web security (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF) and compliance best practices.
• Experienced in mentoring, code review, and using AI tools (Copilot, GPT, Cursor).
• Bonus: Node.js (NestJS), big data / high- load systems, and a Computer Science degree.
• Portfolio showcasing your project involvement is highly preferred.
