IN DETAIL, YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB WILL BE

Optionally contribute to the development and maintenance of frontend components using modern technologies such as React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, if applicable;
Efficiently design, develop, optimize and maintain code that is both reusable and scalable, utilizing cutting- edge technologies with a focus on Node.js and AWS services;
addressing scalability and efficiency concerns as they arise;
Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of backend services,
Supportively mentor or pair with less experienced developers and actively engage in knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a collaborative learning environment;
Fruitfully guiding a project team of developers in an agile development environment, effectively collaborating with Product / Project Manager to manage all processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Proactively participate in the planning and execution of software development projects, accurately estimating timelines and providing essential technical expertise;
Collaboratively work with the DevOps to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, enhancing operational efficiency;
Diligently stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, offering recommendations for improvements to the backend architecture;
Rigorously conduct code reviews to uphold code quality, enforce coding standards, and ensure that best practices are consistently followed;
Timely and efficiently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues;

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB

Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, end- to- end testing, and debugging tools;
Strong analytical thinking, problem- solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in work delivery;
Experience with analyzing, monitoring and optimizing system performance;
Experience with CI/CD tools, pipelines and continuous delivery practices;
Above 5 years extensive proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Express.js and experience with AWS services;
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment and agile project setting;
Strong problem- solving skills and a passion for staying up- to- date with the latest web development trends and best practices;
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures;
Some experience with frontend technologies, including React.js, Next.js, is a huge advantage;
Skilled in using version control systems, with a specific focus on Git proficiency;
Proficient in a variety of Database Management Systems, including but not limited to SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis etc.;
Last but not least, an eagerness to learn and a startup spirit at heart. This role provides extensive exposure to AI- driven product development, offering a pathway to advance in the future of technology.
Demonstrated ability in mentoring and managing multiple projects simultaneously will set your application apart and give you a distinct advantage;
Good communication, with the ability to understand business requirements and comfortably discuss ideas;
Proven knowledge of diverse programming languages such as Python, Go, Java etc. and frameworks such as Django, Flask etc. is an advantage;
