POSITION PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Quality Control to join our team!
The Senior Software Quality Control will design test scenarios for software usability, conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations on the effectiveness and defects to the development team.

To be successful as a Senior Software Quality Control, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the Senior Software Quality Control should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and have up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Handle vendor relationships to deliver services.
- Provide support and documentation.
- Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
- Engage with Junior QC to provide guidance, mentoring, and training on how to be more effective and efficient.
- Creates and contributes to the creation of test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data for use during the testing phases of the software development lifecycle, for new and existing software systems/products.
- Interact with clients to understand product requirements.
- Execute tests on software usability.
