Senior Software Tester (QA QC)

Complete tasks on required deadlines
To create/ update test Design specification basing on the requirements
To perform bug reporting using an automated bug tracking system
Review test cases and provides feedback how to improve the test-cases to members
Mentor and lead tester team
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
To execute tests and do the test reports for software projects

Willing to study new things
ISTQB certification as a plus
At least 4+ years of experience in manual testing with experience on leading role
Understanding of test process and definition
Experience in issuing test result report
Education/Training Required: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Possesses analytical and report writing skills as well as ability to work independently
Can write, read, and communicate in English
Ability to work on multiple small and large projects at the same time
