JOB DESCRIPTION:
Execute testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate the software‘s performance and reliability.
Perform manual and automation testing to generate and send test reports to the development team and team leader.
Work with the outsourcing QA team.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all functional and non- functional aspects of the application.
Follow up for issue verification and bug resolution.
Collaborate with PO and BA to understand project objectives, BRD, and acceptance criteria.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in automation testing is a big plus.
It is nice to have experience leading and managing a small team.
With 4 years of experience in mobile app and web app testing.
Good communication skills, the ability to communicate with the developer, and an eye for detail.
Good at time management, well organized, and detail- oriented.
Experience in an Agile Scrum environment is a big plus.
Good English in communication.
Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem- solving abilities.
Good knowledge of databases.
