Senior Specialist Audit- Chuyên Gia Kiểm Toán Nội Bộ

- Collaborate with the management team closely to identify high-risk items and potential control deficiencies for audit risk assessment.
- Coordinate with process owners by cycle for internal control self-assessment to follow Sarbanes-Oxley Act regulation and China SOX compliance efforts.
- Execute complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functions and businesses.
- Investigate suspicious or actual cases of fraud and corruption for specific audit projects.
- Have good communication with administrative officers based on audit results and recommend process improvement.
- Plan and perform internal audit tasks based on operation activities, to highlight the high-risk transactions, insufficient controls, and audit findings to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with USI global internal control team to lead Vietnam site internal control compliance project to establish the internal control system, self-assessment execution, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

- Good team player and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people across different cultures and geographies.
- Audit experience in a multinational company: SOX Compliance Audit and SOX Implementation experience is a must.
- High personal and professional integrity.
- Be precise and concise; ask the right questions to correct people in the right way.
- Audit experience (over 5 years) in a global company and operational audit experience is a plus. OR CPA firm consulting experience (over 3 years) and consulting experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Mobility: available to travel if required.
- Organized and logical in analysis and presentation.
- Mandarin or English (English level equal to TOEIC 750 or above)
- Languages: Vietnam (Native)
