Product Development & Execution – Unsecured Lending

Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Risk, Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and compliant product launches.
Monitor product performance post- launch and propose enhancements based on data insights and market feedback.
Act as the key coordinator to implement initiatives related to personal loans, credit cards, and unsecured overdraft products.

Business Strategy & Growth Planning

Prepare regular reports and presentation materials for senior management meetings.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to support strategic decision- making.
Support the Head of Center in developing business strategies for the unsecured lending segment, including growth plans, product positioning, and customer segmentation.

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality deliverables.
Assist in managing digital transformation projects related to unsecured lending (e.g., automated approval flows, digital onboarding, system integration).
Propose technology- driven solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Cross- functional Communication & Coordination

Serve as a communication bridge between the Head of Center and internal departments to ensure clear and effective information flow.
Coordinate meetings, consolidate feedback, and follow up on action items.
Support external engagements with partners or regulators when required.

Executive Support & Administrative Tasks

Assist in budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and ad- hoc assignments as delegated by the Head of Center.
Manage the director’s schedule, prepare documents, and provide logistical support for meetings and events.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
