JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Platform Business Development
Deal Management: Negotiate and manage annual, frequent, and one- off deals with Amazon, such as Manual Buys, State Buys, B2R, and price discounts. Develop strategic packages that align with Yes4All&039;s objectives.
Problem- Solving and Project Coordination
Compliance and Documentation: Handle payment and charge disputes, unblock sales, whitelist products, manage IP issues, and fill out compliance documents.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to onboarding new products, inventory availability, unhealthy inventory, and expanding into new markets.
Cross- Departmental Coordination
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing models, timing, funding, and onboarding processes to maximize Yes4All’s business impact.
Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to analyze Amazon’s inventory policy, deal patterns, and relationships among Amazon teams (SCOT, VM, Brand Specialist, Ads, Finance).
Relationship Management
Amazon Team Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key Amazon teams to influence decision- making processes that benefit Yes4All.
