RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete time sheets and reports weekly.
- Work closely with Planning, Creative teams and other teams to develop market research, insight finding, strategic planning and presentation flow for advertising campaigns.
- Continuously learn, research on planning, creative & advertising.
- Prepare, provide and present concept development for and participate in new business pitches as needed.
- Respect work quality and meet deadlines.
- Train and manage team members
- Brainstorm with Creative team to create innovative concepts for TVC, print, OOH, radio, digital, etc. for the advertising campaigns.
- Involve in planning & creative process of advertising campaigns.
- Develop strategic plans that are forward-thinking and in-line with current media trends

QUALIFICATION:
- At least 3+ year experience in planning
- Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.
- Be a Problem Solver with positive "I CAN DO" attitude. April believes experience can be learnt but negative "I CAN NOT DO" attitude will not lead us all far.
- Maintain the spirit and values of the agency to the team.
- Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking.
- Good English communication skills.
