Work location: HCMC- District 1- Pull Man Hotel
Ensure that all disputes and complaints of customer are handled and resolved professionally, accurately, efficiently and reported directly to the management.
To perform any other reasonable duty as requested by management.
Check all payments and support payment processes within the permissions allowed
Have knowledge of all kinds of e- gaming machine.
Encourage employees to make efforts to achieve their goals.
Monitor casino operations in your working area.
Manage the staff of the team to work properly.

Ability to interpret a variety of technical

Toeic certificate 600 and above (required conditions)
Excellent in customer services skills: deal with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests…
