The job holder will report to Supply Planning Manager.
We also open new roles for Senior Demand Planner, Senior Replenishment Executive, Senior Product Lifecycle Analyst and Senior Demand Analyst for the expansion and growth of the Supply Chain Division.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
Analyze the sample evaluation for the entire system.
Monitor and expedite the delivery progress of the factories to ensure on- time delivery.
Provide timely information in accordance with the plans/requirements of the Department Head or Chief Supply Chain Officer
Implement the building and analysis of procurement plans, and coordinate with Production Planning to ensure correct and sufficient goods supply for the retail system.
WHAT YOU DO
Develop procurement plan and coordinate with Production Planning (30%)
• Manage the internal supply planning process and plan the external purchasing activities based on volumes forecasted based on market demand.
• Ensure goods are supplied correctly and sufficiently to the store system, assigned quota, and inventory.
• Convert system- wide demand requirements into internal supply (manufacturing) and outsourcing or import plans.
• Prepare supply plans and production order plans for external partners.
Administration activities (20%)
• Capacity and production order planning, inventory management, new product launch planning, and continuous improvement through data mining and analysis.
• Support the building and development of effective S&OP meetings by implementing processes that streamline supply and demand.
• Participate in monthly S&OP activities
• Support the launching process of externally manufactured products in S&OP
Sample analysis and evaluation (30%)
Analyze, evaluate and recommend slow- selling, best- selling models and base products every 6 months or when necessary
Progress management (20%)
Monitor, follow up factories and external suppliers on delivery progress to ensure goods are delivered sufficiently, correctly and in time according to the schedules agreed by all parties.
