Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role as a System Integration Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a System Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for day- to- day tasks related to integrating systems, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and software development. You will work closely with different teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient system operations.
Build and integrate database (DBMS, RDBMS, NoSQL) systems of high availability and quality.
Install and configure Network, Firewall (Fortigate, Sophos), and Switch (Cisco, Aruba, Dell).
Participate in designing, and implementing hardware solutions, Backup, virtualization, and system monitoring products
Deploy backup solutions (Commvault, Networker & DataDomain, Veritas Netbackup, HP Data Protector, Veeam, ….)
Install and configure hardware: Server, Blade Chassis, Storage, Appliance, SAN Switch (HP, IBM, Dell, Brocade, …)
Implement system monitor solutions (IBM, HP, Zabbix …)
Install and configure Linux operating systems (Redhat, Centos, SuSe, Oracle Linux and applications on the server system according to each project.
Implement virtualization solutions (VMware, OpenStack, Hyper- V, Oracle ..)
Other software/solutions under the project
Instruct for using / training technology transfer for customers and internal department.
Implement technical services: Provide remote/on- site technical support services to meet customers.
Participate in training courses on the company’s expertise and skills
Complete the relevant certificates and related product
Other jobs required by the Head of Department
Qualifications
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams
Good English skills or equivalent to minimum IELTS 4.0 (optional)
Knowledge of system integration principles
Ability to research and write technical training materials.
Excellent problem- solving and communication skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Good knowledge of Virtualization, Linux, and network operating systems.
Priority for candidates with experience in Solutions, Backups, Virtualization, Servers, and Storage.
