Job Summary:
The executive recruiter will be required to advertise job postings, gather applications, and headhunt prospective employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Source candidates by using a variety of search methods.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Perform reference checks as needed.
• Build employer branding for recruitment.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Organizing and attending job fairs or hiring- related events.
• Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
