Oversee the recruitment process across a variety of roles, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
Partner with department leaders to ensure recruitment efforts support overall business goals.
Review applications and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image in the job market.
Support the CEO and direct supervisor with additional assignments as needed.
Continuously improve recruitment platforms, workflows, costs, timelines, and branding efforts.
Build and manage a proactive talent pipeline to address both current and anticipated hiring needs.
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with short- term and long- term hiring objectives (3–5 years).
Engage in initiatives that promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
