WHAT YOU WILL DO

Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers.
Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment.
Meeting with and interviewing shortlisted individuals.
Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
Contacting applicants&039; nominated referees to ascertain their work ethic and experience.
Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social media platforms.
Consulting with members of the applicable team to obtain their input on potential hires.
Scheduling training and orientation for new employees.

At least 3 years of experience in the recruiting function
Possess good human relations, good planning, leadership, decision- making, and communication skills
Be proactive, possess a "can do" attitude plus good analytical skills, and be able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive
Good command of English
