Role, Responsibilities & Typical Activities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for activities of talent acquisition and assist with developing the employer branding of MiTek Vietnam to achieve recruitment targets for the whole Company.
Maintain recruiting data of HR software and report the progress on assigned job vacancies, provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
Responsible for full- cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, including but not limited to, implement job requisition, screen candidates resumes and job applications, conduct interview and selection process, manage job offers including negotiation and administration, etc.
Monitor, research and apply HR recruiting best practices
Other reasonable duties as assigned
Source, create potential talent pool and attract candidates by using databases, social media, employee referral, etc.
Support and collaborate with key stakeholders, on the continuous development / improvement or processes to meet business needs, driving efficiency, and reducing wasteful activity to promote workable solutions
Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable candidates to meet recruiting request throughout the Company timely as well as research, develop new and creative recruiting ideas
Provide explanation, guidance and counsel in human resources matters for employees within the responsibility
Responsible for signing labor contract process
Organize the Orientation program for new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Manage the termination procedure of trainingship and probation for employees
Provide guidance, support and task review for team members
Organize job seminars, career events, office tours, etc.
Job requirements
• Highly responsible, hard- working, can work under pressure and deadline
• 5+ year of experience in recruiting; Experience in IT Technical, mass recruitment. IT knowledge is preferable
• A board understanding of recruiting process, talent acquisition activities and the ways of approaching and utilizing potential candidate resources
• Bachelor degree in Human resource/ Business or relevant majors
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese; English level (CEFR) B1 or equivalent;
• Must be flexible on work schedule based on the recruitment activity requirements and success pattern.
