For company’s development, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Development Specialist who is experienced professional in traditional training activities, will be responsible for the project delivery, within technical, budgetary and time constraints, of the design and implementation of interactive E-learning resources.

The right candidate will demonstrate experience in the use of Learning Management Systems to develop educational material and knowledge and application of adult learning principles

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. In charge of designing, developing, and evaluating online training content

• Designing and creating engaging eLearning and non-digital curriculum
• Delivering classroom, webinar, eLearning, and video-led training
• Consulting, assessing and recommending solutions to identify and close performance gaps
• Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for all course content development
• Tracking and reporting training activities and course evaluations
• Acting as a back-up for all administrator tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS)

2. Collaborating with team and internal clients to develop training solutions

3. Participate in on-boarding process to create a unique experience for new staff on their first day, first week and first month. Measure the effectiveness of recruitment & on-boarding process with new hired to improve the candidates experience

4. May participate in the recruitment, as appropriate to the area of operation.

5. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related degree and coursework.

Working Experience

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Practical experience with eLearning instructional design
• Experience in data management, analysis and presentation
• Understanding of Finance, Securities industry is a plus
