Quality assurance operation & training

Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge;
Coordinate to reconcile conflicts; complaints between teachers and students;
Coordinate with the teacher in accessing suitable teaching resources; methodology, etc.
Collaborating with teachers and other team to develop improved lesson plans,assessments, and classroom management techniques;
Conduct regular demonstration lessons and teaching sessions to stay current with instructional practices and classroom dynamics.
Conduct and provide feedback on onboard training or other necessary training for teachers when needed;
Observe online class directly or via records as scheduled or when needed;

Process, policies, and regulation

Support team members in handling requests and concerns from teachers;
Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed;
Update and make necessary reports;
Support to check, monitor, remind and guide teachers and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations;
Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operation in the right standard;
Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;

Other

Other ad hoc assignments required by Line manager.

Skills & Abilities

Experienced in researching and problem solving skills;
Have good skills in verbal and non- verbal communication;

General & Specialist Knowledge

Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA) is an advantage;
English proficiency (IELTS/ TOEIC/ Other) being equivalent to C1 in CEFR Level or upwards;

Education & Training

At least Bachelor degree in English Teaching or relating majors;

Relevant Experience

At least 4 years experience in teaching and former experience in academic operation;

Special Requirements

Computer literacy – MS Office; G- suit; CRM, etc;
Should be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech- savvy
