The Offline Payment division at MoMo is at the forefront of transforming how payments are made. We are a fast- expanding team dedicated to bringing innovative payment solutions to merchants and consumers.Our team is driven by a strong focus on innovation and people development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
The Growth Team Leader will lead the strategic and operational efforts to expand MoMo’s Offline Payment . This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data- driven decision- making, and hands- on leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Strategy, Growth & Marketing with a proven track record in driving growth and managing high- performing teams.
What you will do
Work with the creative and operations team for the execution of marketing and communications plans;
Support Manager/Director develop an overall growth strategy and plan to achieve key business results for assigned product lines;
Lead overall management and execution of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required;
Lead and coach the execution team, including marketing and growth specialists.
Work with data analytics team to create and perform key reports and analyses for the management team for the reporting and decision- making regarding the projects;
Work with cross- functional team including data analytics and product development to generate ideas and develop an end- to- end growth plan;
What you will need
Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of user- centricity concepts;
Strong analytical skills, strong intuition about user & product; experience in product is a plus;
Strong experiences with minimum 4 years of experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Business Analytics or User insights;
Advanced degree or certifications in growth marketing or have experience in financial sector is a plus;
Results- driven and able to deliver results under high pressure;
Attention to details and excellent executional capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance;
Creative thinking and a passion for finding innovative growth approaches;
Familiar with the Fintech/Ecommerce/Ride Hailing market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users;
